Light a candle!!Make the difference!!!

True that our hard work is not apprecited sometime.
True that one of our very best frinds no longer works with us.
True that one of our peers who is not commited to the job gets more attention and perks.
What shall I do for all this?
Yes...even I can browse through the not so important thing....:)...yes...even I will make new frns and ..chat...in the office hours....why not...after alll the bosses dont deserve our commitment!!!

At different points of time all of us have thought and felt the same.

But then by not working who is affected the most....Its us...our creative skills...the perfectiontion..the speed..the accuracy...the efficiency...comes down.....May be one day if we were to work one full day seriously..it wud become impossible....
What about the economy of the company u work for...nation..u live in...the world u belong to......where a generaion of well established nonperformers is popping up....
Lets do ur bit.....atleast whenever we can.....

True sometimes...we dont have work...then ..lets see if we can be of any help to our neighbour....
Sometimes wonder wat our parents(the proud parents of software engineer kids!!!!!) feel if they were to see wat we did and how we worked,,,!!!!!!

True that sometimes...we really have an off day....dont actually feel like doing anything genuinely.....true..that someday the flame within us flickers..Then??
Lets light up the candles around us.....for they are the only hope when a wind very strong blows off the flame within us ,they will be there to light it up...Let us light up before...darkness becomes habit..before darkness becomes trend...lets share the light!!

And lets do this not for the company,not for the leads,not for society...but for our noble self conscience which can be satisfied only with genuine efforts!!Lets quench its thirst:)

Thought will put my thoughts onto the paper...before the strong winds blowing around...blow me off!!! Have actually mailed the same content as a forward to my long forward list....How cud I say they were my words...afteralll who was I tell to tell if a candle shud be lit up or off!!!Its the individual decision..right???
