Hmmm...................

Its abt comin to 3 years abt me being a part of the s/w industry..Thought will penn dow the journey from fresher to being a professional ;-) in a few words...
Hmm....some things are pretty obvious we knw technologies now:)),domains now:)),market scenario...et etc...and wont write abt all that...
But wat I write is something...that not all wud be able identify wid....

In the journey of 3 years the progression has been from that of a fevicol(pal mein chipkaaye) kinda person to a Trupti(Non-sticky) kind of person(very far frm achieving it yet)..Guess initially everybody has this attachment with team..team members..prj..form...s modules..wat not:)and slowly when the bitter fact(prj change..colleague quits..TL plays...system..political gimmicks) comes out that ppl are left dazed...

Guess one important lesson slowly learnt is that profession is profession and one must try to take it that way...ppl come and ppl go....sometimes the friends never say that they have put down the papers till the last day...No pt getting mushy over it...afterall ...colleagues happened...u had never joined an org knwing someone is there..ppl move on..and so shud u without any hard feelings..I mean take a chill-pill..thats the way the world works...and ofcourse they wud have had some watsoeva reasons.....
Easier said than done....knw tons of exp where ppl have missed their teammates,some who cudnt just concentrate....somewheo bunked.....but its temporary phase and will soon fade out.....be focussed..its ur career...make it rock..

And then truly as the ppl on the other side say....freindships are beyond boundaries of organizations...so smile:)(atleast a sarcastic one)

haha..and as I say in my profile..wat I write is not necessarily my exp..it cud js be frm elsewhere..with even things added just to spice up..

Guess this blog has lost direction...will write more abt career sometime else:)and wat I wrote abt ppl moving apart is obviously not restricted to Jobs scene only rite..............?
